The owner originates from China, as a child he loved food. He began to study foods and the art of cooking from the age of 15. He went on to study culinary arts and finished with a certified chef degree from China. The owner has previously opened two restaurants before in China. In his twenties, his family immigrated to the United States, opened a Chinese restaurant in Branch County, Michigan, soon after, he moved to Kansas City and opened his second restaurant along with his younger brother. Not long later, he decided moved to North Carolina and opened yet another restaurant in Atlantic Beach. Chopstix is his fifth restaurant... he has 26 years of experience with Asian foods and we are ready to serve you!
